This company came out to my dad's house. He had not had his carpet cleaned in years and there were old pets stains and black spots. The carpet looked brand new! Our dog had an accident in the middle of the night. In a panic, we contacted Executive Carpet Services. They promised we would be first on their list at 9 am. They showed up promptly at 9 am, assured us that the chemicals they used were pet friendly, and they did an outstanding job in cleaning our carpet in 2 rooms. The job took less than 1 hour and they were as courteous and reassuring as possible. We intend to use them again to clean our tile.read more

They came to my house about 3 weeks ago. I was in desperate need of carpet cleaning because my dog has ruined some areas of our house. They came on time and worked so fast I was surprised! I wish I could give more stars!! I just bought a house in Peoria and I live in Idaho. I called Executive Carpet Services on a Friday and they sent Josh out the following Monday at 9am sharp. Josh cleaned my carpet, spot treated, and called me after to let me know that there were some wear spots around where furniture was, but overall the carpet looks great for its age. I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, I wanted my carpets cleaned before we moved furniture in, and Josh was honest about what he could do for me and my realtor was there and said he was so professional and did a fantastic job.
